Access & Eligibility

Anyone who attended the in-person World Sleep 2025 congress has automatically been registered and has free access to sessions. Others can purchase access to the Scientific Program Bundle, with discounted rates for members.

All registered content is available on the "My Dashboard" page.

Step-by-step

   Sign in or create a member account

   First, log in or create a new member account. You can find full instructions on how to create an account and begin using the site on the Getting Started page.

   Open the World Sleep 2025 landing page

   You can arrive from the homepage by clicking World Sleep 2025, or go directly to the World Sleep 2025 landing page.

   Find sessions by session type or browse the Scientific Program Bundle

   From the World Sleep 2025 landing page you can view sessions by session type (keynotes, symposia, etc.) or access the Scientific Program Bundle (top of the page). After purchasing/registering for a bundle you must activate individual sessions to add them to your Dashboard. Note: Searching for session title, presentation title, or speaker name will find the associated session.

   Activate the session

   After finding the session you would like to view, press the button to activate the session. All of your activated sessions will appear on the "My Dashboard" page making it simple to return to a session anytime.

   Watch a session

   Open the session, use the Overview tab to see timestamps, then the Content tab to access the session recording. Use the video navigation bar to jump to a timestamp or watch from the beginning.

Finding Sessions

You can search for sessions directly in the Learning Center by session title, presentation title, or speaker name. To search by session date, category, or to view all presentations by a speaker, reference the online program:

Note: Any sessions not included in the Learning Center are indicated on the overview page of the Scientific Program Bundle.
